We're delighted to unveil our two Competitions for Ramadan 2024:

1. Most Creative Strava Art Competition

To enter our Most Creative Strava Art Competition:

(a) Follow us on Instagram: @Fasted500

(b) During Ramadan, use your GPS device (or mobile phone with the Strava app installed) to create a picture using your chosen cycling route -- preferably with a Ramadan theme -- and, after your ride, upload that as a picture to your Instagram page, accompanied with the important hashtag #Fasted500.  Here are some examples!

(c) Make sure your profile is set to public as without that, we won't be able to see your entry or hashtag! 

One lucky winner will, courtesy of Rapha UK, receive a £500 voucher to spend on items or apparel of their choice from Rapha's online store!

2. Ramadan Limerick/Poem Competition

(a) Follow us on Instagram: @Fasted500

(b) Get those creative juices flowing!  Simply write down (either by hand or via your phone) a short limerick or poem -- preferably with a Ramadan theme -- and upload that as a photo to your Instagram page, accompanied by the important hashtag #Fasted500.  For example:

a cycling challenge whilst fasting,

to many would seem unappetising,

but though our bidons are empty,

our hearts are aplenty,

with love for the One Everlasting.

(c) Make sure your profile is set to public as without that, we won't be able to see your entry or hashtag!

One lucky winner will, courtesy of Wizard Works, receive a custom handmade Oglah hip pack!
